Keith Morton: MS in Criminal Justice, Anderson University; retired as Chief of Police, City of Fountain Inn, SC after 27 years, formally with the City of Greenville, SC Police Department for 18 years, 15 of which was in CID, currently an Adjunct Professor in Graduate Studies in Criminal Justice at Anderson University and Adjunct Professor in Criminal Justice, Greenville Technical College. At Anderson University, he teaches the anchor course in Leadership in the Command College of South Carolina. He's also been recognized as the state's most outstanding city law enforcement officer for 2008 with the Strom Thurmond Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement. In 2020, he was given the Order of the Silver Crescent, South Carolina’s highest civilian award, given in recognition of his significant contributions to the life and well-being of South Carolina and her people which was conveyed from Gov. Henry McMaster. He is a recognized Expert in Question Document cases and a lifetime member of IACP.
